Remote Festival Parking

Pro Portsmouth will run a Free Shuttle Bus Service (First Students School Buses) from 8:30am - 4:30pm on Market Square Day.

To Remote Festival Parking - Fox Run Mall:
95 North, Exit 4 - To 4 & 16 - Take Exit 2 and follow the Festival Parking signs to the overflow lot (across lot and Mall Road - JC Penny/LensCrafters side of Mall)
95 South, Exit 5 - To 4 & 16 - Take Exit 2
Free shuttle service (Yellow school buses) transport you to the Festival area - 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Remote Parking is located at the Fox Run Mall overflow lot (across lot and Mall Road - JC Penny/LensCrafters side of Mall).  Buses will drop off/pick up at the Hanover Street Garage Bus Stop (across from the Hilton Garden Inn) in Downtown Portsmouth.

Downtown Portsmouth:
95 North - Exit 7 take right on Market Street into Downtown Portsmouth.
95 South - Exit 7 take left on Market Street.

Parking Meters:

Metered parking is not enforced on Market Square Day, but all other parking regulations are in effect (i.e. vehicles that are not parked in clearly designated spaces will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense).

Streets closed due to the Festival will be posted with regard to parking restrictions. Any vehicles parked on the streets closed as part of the Festival will be towed at the owner's expense. These streets will be closed to on-the-street parking from 4:00am through 6:00pm on Saturday, June 12th.

Parking rates for the Hanover Street Garage:

On Saturday, June 12th, rates for the Parking Garage are:

Enter the garage from 6:00am - 1:00pm = $5.00 flat rate
Enter the garage from 1:00pm - 4:00pm = $3.00 flat rate
