First Night Parking & Street Closures

Downtown, on-street, and municipal lot metered parking in effect from 9am-8pm on Wednesday, 12/31.

Handicap Parking: Library Parking Lot on Parrott Avenue will have 25 spaces signed for Handicap Only Parking.
Access Parrott Avenue prior to 7pm (barricades are set up at 7pm for viewing on Parrott Avenue, no vehicles)

NO PARKING ON PARROTT AVENUE: 3pm – 9pm ON DECEMBER 31st
Vehicular Traffic allowed on Parrott Avenue until 7pm; street closed from approx. 7pm – 8pm.
